Job Description

Harbor is seeking a Client Lead Manager to join their Vendor Governance and Sourcing (VG + S) team in Toronto. This role is focused on providing procurement and managed services to clients, helping them manage their vendor governance lifecycle. The Client Lead Manager will work directly with client management and executives, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure high-quality delivery and implement change while minimizing organizational disruption.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of projects, including guiding internal resources and facilitating requirements.
  • Conducting data analysis and research.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Supporting engagement financials and business development efforts.
  • Identifying key client business issues and developing recommendations.
  • Working with third-party vendors on commercial and contract negotiations.
  • Project managing the end-to-end contract review process.
  • Developing new intellectual capital.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or Management Information Systems.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in industry or consulting.
  • Focus on strategic sourcing, process improvement, project management, and/or financial analysis.
  • Exceptional analytic skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Exceptional business acumen, presence, and interpersonal/communication skills.
