[Interaction Platform] Software Engineer Mobile Sênior

Job Description

Stone Tech is seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join their Interaction Platform team. This role involves facilitating the development of high-quality, efficient multi-platform experiences. The engineer will help reduce costs and time to evolve products and improve customer experience.

The Senior SWE will have significant technical influence, sharing knowledge in architectural patterns and code design. They will be familiar with unit and automated testing and support other developers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about challenges, technology, and knowledge, helping to evolve the team's technical standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Auxiliar a equipe na resolução de problemas complexos e na descoberta de soluções

• Garantir qualidade, escalabilidade e boas práticas do produto/plataforma
• Promover o compartilhamento de conhecimento e mentoria para o desenvolvimento da equipe, preocupar-se com o crescimento técnico
• Buscar conhecimento sobre os planos estratégicos e operacionais da empresa
• Fornecer visibilidade do trabalho
• Definir, coletar, analisar e acompanhar métricas de saúde de aplicações/produtos
• Participar de pair, revisões de código e refinamentos para discutir soluções técnicas, garantir qualidade e compartilhar conhecimentos
• Buscar continuamente oportunidades para melhorar nossa plataforma mobile, processos e experiência do nosso cliente dev

Requirements:

• Interest in working with new technologies and learning about KMP
• Strong experience in Android development, including Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns and code design
• Knowledge of module architecture and componentization
• Knowledge of unit, integration, functional, and snapshot testing
• Experience in investigation, troubleshooting, and debugging of systems
• Ability to integrate RESTful APIs, cloud services (e.g., Firebase), local and remote data storage, authentication, and push notifications
• Knowledge of CI/CD structure and automated pipelines
• Experience publishing apps on Play Store and/or App Store
• Familiarity with metrics and marketing tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude)
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Ability to influence priorities and estimate timelines with the team
• Experience in a robust and scalable architecture environment
• Ability to communicate concisely, frankly, and clearly (also in writing)
