Business Process Specialist

Job Description

Lush Cosmetics is seeking a Business Process Specialist to support the Manufacturing Business Process Manager. This role focuses on the MRP system and business processes to support manufacturing rooms in achieving successful planned production, capacity planning, and inventory management. The Business Process Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure configuration and setup meet manufacturing needs, including cost accounting, capacity planning, and forecasting staffing requirements. They will also host meetings with room production planners and inventory controllers to share best practices and provide training.Responsibilities include:

• Supporting best practices in inventory management, production planning, and labor scheduling.
• Streamlining and optimizing existing business systems and processes.
• Designing and developing routes in AX, monitoring system flow, and providing solutions.
• Collaborating with various teams for cross-functional project implementation.
• Supporting continuous improvement in product manufacturing processes.
• Updating and implementing SOPs as required.
• Providing training and support for manufacturing rooms using AX capacity planning.
• Working on kaizen projects and providing process data.
• Resolving operational issues and improving business processes.
• Updating reporting metrics on established KPI metrics.
• Creating and maintaining a healthy team atmosphere.
• Supporting ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications include:

• Current Lush employee with experience in Lush Distribution.
• Previous experience with an ERP or MRP system / Capacity Planning.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft AX.
• Self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Accountability for results and exceeding expectations.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime.
