Pharmbills is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Bogota, Colombia. This is a remote position where the individual will be the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, assisting them with payment issues and inquiries. Role involves:
  • Talking to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Ensuring all parties receive accurate information and payments are processed correctly.
  • Maintaining clear and organized records of all interactions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the payment process and enhance efficiency.
  • Delivering top-tier customer support and problem-solving assistance.

Requirements:
  • Strong English skills (B2+ level).
  • Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
  • Great multitasking skills.
  • A natural problem-solving aptitude.
  • Friendly and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating within a team.
