Job Description
Lantern is seeking a Vice President of Client Success to lead its Large Client segment. This role involves creating exceptional relationships with large clients (10K+ employees) and directly influencing revenue and success. The VP will manage approximately half of the segment's clients.

Responsibilities Include:
- Team Leadership: Hire, lead, and mentor a team of client success executives.
- Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to drive revenue growth within the large employer portfolio.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with large employer clients.
- Client Retention: Focus on renewing and retaining high-value strategic accounts.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency within the client success team.
- Strategic Planning: Define clear goals and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Reporting and Communication: Regularly report progress to the executive leadership team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure a unified approach.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving client success within growth stage companies.
- Strong experience in managing teams that partner with large enterprise clients.
- Leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
