Job Description
RxSense is seeking a UAT Analyst to ensure the quality of user experience for its healthcare technology solutions. This role involves end-to-end accountability for testing through visual inspection and operational testing, adhering to established UAT principles. The UAT Analyst will create and execute manual test cases and participate in issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Attending daily stand-up calls
- Reviewing user stories and developing user acceptance criteria
- Developing and executing test cases
- Attending weekly 1:1 sessions/trainings
- Understanding business and operational requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and one plus years related experience
- Pharmacy Benefits/PBM experience within Benefits Admin/UAT strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Atlassian Collaboration Software
