Diligent Robotics is seeking a Lead Clinical Robot Associate to join their team in Rochester, NY. In this on-site role, the Lead Clinical Robot Associate will be responsible for upholding the highest standards for safe clinical use of robots in real-world hospital environments. They will work alongside hospital staff and the engineering team, assisting a cutting-edge fleet of robots. This role involves designing and implementing processes as the organization scales, solving unexpected situations, and ensuring exceptional results for hospital partners.
Responsibilities: - Monitoring and safely assisting mobile service robots in a hospital environment
- Collecting data and troubleshooting in a variety of real-world situations, providing detailed feedback to engineers
- Prioritizing customer experience, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
- Communicating with hospital staff and the public regarding robot operation
- Prepare and publish monthly schedules
- Onboarding and training new Clinical Robot Associates
- Approve time cards
- Escalating corrective action issues
- Find coverage with callouts
Requirements: - High school graduate or GED
- Supervisory experience, including scheduling, training, and support
- Customer-service oriented with de-escalation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-sufficient and able to make quick decisions independently
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to work varying shift times, including nights and weekends
- Willing to work during significant holidays
- Willing to be vendor credentialed, including immunizations, background check, and drug screen
