Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Auctane is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance its ShipStation product. This role is based in Austin, Texas, and requires a hybrid work model (3 days in office).He/She will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process, from user research to implementation, focusing on automation and scalable workflows. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate insights into specifications, and champion user-centric design.What this role involves:

• Designing features and improvements for Auctane products, especially ShipStation.
• Identifying automation opportunities to improve user efficiency.
• Creating design documentation for product maintenance and understanding.
• Promoting design thinking across the company.
• Conducting customer research to validate ideas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• Experience as a Senior Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in a SaaS company.
• Experience leading research initiatives.
• Strong UI design skills.
• Experience with software automations and advanced workflows.
