C6 Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Planning Analyst to join its High-Income Strategy area. This role involves managing the roadmap and backlog of tools used by the commercial team, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, interfacing with product teams, managing controls and dashboards, overseeing commercial team processes, and leading commercial campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial planning and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the roadmap and backlog of tools used by the commercial team in collaboration with the technology team.
• Conducting customer satisfaction agendas, including NPS calculation and ritual management.
• Interfacing with the product team to adapt offerings for high-income clients.
• Managing controls in Excel and area dashboards.
• Managing commercial team processes and evaluating commercial deviations in the final offer.
• Jointly leading campaigns and commercial actions with the product team to increase customer engagement.
• Analyzing data and conducting studies to support other area activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Desirable experience with commercial planning.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Ability to lead presentations.
• Proactive attitude and organization.
• Project management and PMO leadership.
• Partnership building skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• SQL and programming languages are considered a plus.
