Job Description
Vonage is seeking a Junior Onboarding Analyst to join their Onboarding team. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with the sales team to ensure optimal customer onboarding. The analyst will liaise with various operational teams, devising innovative solutions to customer challenges. The Onboarding team is globally focused on enhancing the customer onboarding journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring smooth operation of customer onboarding and product registration processes.
  • Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Proactively responding to internal and external customer queries.
  • Identifying process improvement areas and solutions.
  • Managing setup activities in dashboard systems.
  • Transforming and automating manual processes.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business.
  • Technically savvy.
  • Junior project management skills.
  • Process-oriented and adaptable.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Collaborative and friendly.
  • Problem solver.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment.
