Developer Advocate (Network APIs)

Job Description

Vonage is seeking a Developer Advocate (Network APIs) to join their Developer Relations team. This role focuses on driving the adoption of Vonage's Network APIs, such as Sim Swap, QoD, and Device Location, by enhancing developer experience and simplifying implementation while navigating compliance requirements.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining implementation guides, sample applications, and tooling for Network APIs.
• Building proof-of-concepts, reference implementations, and debugging tools.
• Gathering and analyzing developer feedback.
• Representing Vonage at technical events.
• Collaborating with Product teams to provide developer perspective.

Requirements:

• Software development experience and experience with API integration.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
