Innovaccer is seeking an Apprentice - Talent Acquisition to join their People eXperience team. This role involves working closely with the talent acquisition team and reporting to the Manager-Talent Acquisition. Role Involves:
  • Partnering with business leaders/hiring managers to understand business and hiring needs.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Market mapping and building a strong talent network.
  • Ensuring system adherence and compliance.
  • Managing the selection process and candidate experience.
  • Contributing to talent acquisition initiatives and programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree with 0-1 years of experience in recruitment for business roles.
  • Experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral).
  • Experience in candidate assessment and management.
  • Ability to build & analyze reports.
  • Strong candidate interviewing skills.
  • Understanding of recruitment process & systems.
  • Ability to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence.
