Innovaccer is seeking an Apprentice - Talent Acquisition to join their People eXperience team. This role involves working closely with the talent acquisition team and reporting to the Manager-Talent Acquisition. Role Involves: - Partnering with business leaders/hiring managers to understand business and hiring needs.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Market mapping and building a strong talent network.
- Ensuring system adherence and compliance.
- Managing the selection process and candidate experience.
- Contributing to talent acquisition initiatives and programs.
Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master’s degree with 0-1 years of experience in recruitment for business roles.
- Experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral).
- Experience in candidate assessment and management.
- Ability to build & analyze reports.
- Strong candidate interviewing skills.
- Understanding of recruitment process & systems.
- Ability to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence.
