Job Description
Clickatell is seeking a Commercial Manager to expand its chat commerce solution in West Africa. The ideal candidate will engage with current and future clients, introducing solutions to meet their needs and transform customer engagement. This role involves driving value to customers by identifying problems, offering creative solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle.Clickatell is looking for someone who can manage existing clients and revenue, cross-sell to existing clients, and hunt for new clients. The Commercial Manager will focus on building long-term partnerships with core enterprise customers and presenting products to prospective clients.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in creating client business plans and managing account sales.
  • Experience working cross-functionally as part of a solution team.
  • Relevant degree or 8 years of relevant job experience.
  • Proven business acumen with experience in Senior Manager stakeholder engagement.
  • A track record for consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience and knowledge of messaging and/or payment products and industry.
  • Extensive network of decision makers in the industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
