Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking a highly motivated Associate Software Development Engineer in Test to join their talented and passionate team. This role requires a quality specialist who is passionate about product quality and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess an innovative mindset and be able to provide quick solutions to daily challenges while motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
Role involves:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites for Mobile Applications and Web Applications.
- Collaborating with software developers and product teams to understand requirements, design test plans, and implement comprehensive test strategies.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Developing and executing performance and load-testing scripts to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
- Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Requirements:
- Strong QA skills to Test and Automate flutter based applications
- Appium Playwright / Cucumber
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Strategical QA mindset
- Problem Solving attitude
- 2-4 Years of QA Automation experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
