Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Senior Counsel, Labor & Employment, AMER to provide advice and counsel to the People team on employment relations matters across the Americas region. This role involves real-time analysis and practical advice, requiring the ability to work under pressure while maintaining patience and respect.
  • Handling employment-related disputes.
  • Sourcing and managing outside counsel on labor and employment matters.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders across functions.
  • Evaluating, iterating, and scaling employment practices and policies.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and updating employment related agreements, handbooks, and templates.
  • Conducting audits, employment classification reviews, and supporting other compliance-related efforts.
  • Developing and conducting training and programs for employees, managers, and the People Team.
  • Monitoring legislation, regulations, case law, and government enforcement activities.
  • A minimum of 8 years of employment law experience.
  • Membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
