Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and manage a team of Account Executives. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for training, motivating, and coaching the team to achieve individual and team goals. This role involves qualifying sales opportunities, setting customer expectations, and quarterbacking deal negotiations.
- Demonstrates understanding of OneTrust’s products and services.
- Manages, hires, and trains a team of Account Executives.
- Develops an understanding of customer needs.
- Develops and maintains robust pipelines for future business.
- Engages with high priority accounts for OneTrust.
- Partners with collaborating organizations throughout the deal cycle.
- Tracks and reports on metrics for the team.
- Supports equitable experiences and promotes a culture of inclusivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
- 10+ years of proven sales experience.
- 5 years of people management experience.
- Proven ability to engage across corporate functions.
- Effective customer-facing communication skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (Extra Awesome).
