NEORIS, a Digital Accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking a Functional Analyst to join their team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Functional Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

The role involves:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements.
• Developing use cases, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Interacting with users and technical teams to ensure a correct interpretation of business needs.
• Using collaborative tools like Jira for task tracking.
• Performing complex SQL queries for functional analysis and development support.
• Actively participating in team discussions, providing critical and constructive feedback on processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis techniques.
• Experience with functional documentation tools (use cases, user stories, etc.).
• Experience using collaborative work tools like Jira.
• Strong SQL skills and solid knowledge of relational databases.
• Knowledge of database normalization.
• Experience defining, building, and executing complex queries.
• Experience optimizing stored procedures.
• Knowledge of best practices in query/procedure construction.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactivity, commitment, and active participation in the team.
