Performance Analyst

Rimes is seeking a Performance Analyst to join their Manila-based team. Rimes provides enterprise data management solutions to the global investment community. The Performance Analyst will play a pivotal role in upholding Rimes’ commitment to data quality.

The Performance Analyst will use problem-solving skills and a background in mathematics to research complex issues associated with benchmark calculations across a wide array of financial asset types including fixed income, equity, ETFs and commodities. What this role involves:

• Creating and maintaining benchmark/fund validation checks.
• Monitoring data quality checks and investigating failures to determine root cause.
• Collaborating with data suppliers and internal departments.
• Running qualification analyses on feeds from new data providers.
• Serving as an escalation point for the RIMES Global Support team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Science, Engineering, or Mathematics-related field.
• At least 1 year of previous work experience in the financial industry.
• Results-driven and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and efficient at multitasking across various assignments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize effectively.
• Interest in learning new technology and growing in an ever-changing environment.
• Attentive to detail with a demonstrated ability to think creatively.
• Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
