Job Description
Cascade Maverik is seeking a Sr. Brand Manager to lead the commercialization, execution, and lifecycle management of its entire product portfolio. The Sr. Brand Manager will develop go-to-market strategies and implement an innovation roadmap aligned with key marketing and business objectives. This role involves engaging with consumers to drive insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing category P&Ls.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing a team of 1-2 to oversee the Maverik and Cascade product lines.
  • Partnering with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital teams.
  • Delivering sales and profit results in line with seasonal product category plans.
  • Capturing and leveraging consumer insights and market research.
  • Defining and implementing go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Supporting the creation of product-related materials.
  • Collaborating on website content and product updates.
  • Supporting event activation and sports marketing partnerships.
  • Overseeing category and portfolio-level P&L.
  • Developing and delivering presentations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand or product management.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Ability to implement and synthesize consumer and market insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in Lacrosse is a plus.
