Job Description
Healthie is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to join their Enterprise team. This role involves managing relationships with large enterprise customers in the digital healthcare space. The Customer Implementation Manager will be the primary point of contact during implementation, acting as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their business goals and maximize the value of Healthie’s platform.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing account health.
- Supporting customers in meeting target go-live dates.
- Providing tailored product guidance.
- Conducting/overseeing a transition plan.
- Proactively addressing risks to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Working cross-functionally with teams like Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product and Support to address challenges, deliver solutions, and continuously enhance the customer journey.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in implementation/project management, customer success, account management, or a related role.
- 2+ years of experience in digital healthcare services, ideally in an EHR/EMR environment.
- Familiarity in healthcare workflows, digital health solutions, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
