Job Description
THE ICONIC is seeking a Change Manager for a 12-month contract in Sydney. The Change Manager will play a key role in supporting the ongoing delivery and embedding of critical change and organisational development initiatives across the company. Reporting to the Regional People & Culture Director, this role will ensure continuity of support for in-flight projects, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and help maintain a positive employee experience.Role involves:
  • Supporting the execution and embedding of current change and organisational development initiatives.
  • Partnering with senior leadership and P&C Leaders to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
  • Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Leading or supporting end-to-end change management activities for strategic projects.
  • Facilitating change management and organisational development capability programs.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of P&C and other executives.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in both change management and organisational development (HR).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with change management methodologies.
  • Ability to design and execute effective change and OD plans.
  • Relevant qualifications in Change Management, Project Management, or Organisational Development are valued.
  • Experience in digital transformation and supporting people initiatives is desirable.
