Job Description

E2open is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Global Trade Management team in Bangalore. E2open is the connected supply chain platform that enables the world’s largest companies to transform the way they make, move, and sell goods and services.This role involves analyzing customers’ trade compliance processes and implementing E2open’s Global Trade Management Intelligent Application Suite to meet their business needs. The Business Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert during customer implementations.Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement gathering and analyze customer As-Is Trade Compliance Processes.
• Define To-Be Trade Compliance processes by implementing E2Open Trade solutions.
• Work with Senior Solution Architects to identify gaps and determine the need for custom enhancements.
• Prepare detailed Functional Requirement documents and obtain client sign-off.
• Coordinate with cross-application teams and define solutions to meet requirements.
• Actively coordinate, expedite, and complete builds and perform unit tests.
• Participate in UAT and own tickets until closure.
• Assist in data cutover, production implementation, and hypercare activities.
• Prepare training materials and participate in gate reviews and transition calls to Customer Support.
• Provide functional expertise for E2open’s Global Trade Management Intelligent Application Suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery, solution development, and deployment as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2-4 years of consulting experience for a Software Professional Services organization.
• Experience in Foreign Trade or Global Trade solutions, Logistics Management, or ERP - Sales Order Management / Purchase Order Management Systems.
• Knowledge of HS Classification, Exports, Imports, and Free Trade agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.
• Experience with writing simple SQL queries is a plus.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
• Excellent formal and informal written communication skills.
