The Account Director acts as a liaison between clients, cross-functional leadership, internal team members, and agency partners. They actively listen to clients, communicate priorities, build trust, and manage feedback. The role involves managing and mentoring direct reports, proactively managing workflow, and supporting the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a direct liaison between clients and internal teams
- Managing and mentoring direct reports
- Managing projects autonomously
- Developing kickoff briefs for new projects
- Ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in email marketing, advertising, or digital marketing
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, written, and presentation skills
