Job Description
RAPP Chicago is seeking an Account Supervisor to join its Account Leadership team. The Role Involves:
  • Acting as a direct liaison between clients, cross-functional leadership, internal team members, and agency partners.
  • Actively listening to client needs and feedback, communicating them to the internal team.
  • Building and fostering client trust and managing feedback and requests.
  • Managing projects autonomously and supporting the Account Director.
  • Developing kickoff briefs for new projects to align with client goals.
  • Working across various customer experience touchpoints.
  • Ensuring overall client satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in direct marketing, advertising, and/or digital marketing.
  • Previous integrated marketing account experience and CRM experience a plus.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle cross-functional projects.
  • Strong strategic skills and ability to develop storytelling decks.
  • Basic knowledge of Technology.
