Job Description
Ebury is seeking a Suppliers' Liaison to join their Hong Kong office. This role involves managing communications with existing clients’ suppliers in Asia, primarily mainland China and Hong Kong. The Suppliers' Liaison will work closely with the front office team globally, handling supplier referrals from clients and prospects.

The role involves:
  • Engaging with trading partners of Ebury’s clients in China.
  • Liaising with dealers and the sales team to resolve issues in the RMB switching process.
  • Understanding and sharing the latest policies regarding international trading and RMB internationalization.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with trading partners in China.
  • Originating new customers through clients’ suppliers.
  • Pitching Ebury services to eligible trading partners.

Requirements:
  • Native Mandarin speaker and proficient in English; Cantonese is a plus.
  • 2+ years of sales/customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in teleservices.
  • Interest in and basic knowledge of finance.
  • Research ability is a plus.
  • Commercial acumen, ambition, and ability to work independently.
