Job Description
Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking a Business Developer to join their Partnerships team in London. This role is focused on expanding the partnerships business by establishing collaborations with Financial Institutions and Money Service Businesses in the UK and Europe. The Business Developer will be responsible for offering Ebury's services to these companies and their end clients.Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, prioritizing, and signing up new partners.
- On-boarding and setting up new partners.
- Reporting on progress against plan and ensuring targets are met.
- Expanding existing business and providing feedback to technology and product managers.
Requirements:
- Ideally experience with cold calling.
- Business/finance academic background.
- Understanding of financial markets.
- Proven ability of bringing passion, energy and motivation to a sales organization.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
- Comfortable with a phone sales approach.
- First-class communication skills.
- Detail oriented, organised, self-starter.
