Job Description
Ebury is seeking a CASS Compliance Monitoring Manager to ensure the protection of customer funds and adherence to regulations. The role involves establishing and overseeing the monitoring framework to safeguard and ensure CASS compliance across the organization. The CASS Compliance Monitoring Manager will work closely with various departments to embed a strong culture of compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Monitoring Frameworks
- Conduct Compliance Monitoring
- Identify and Report Findings
- Track and Validate Remediation
- Provide Expert Advice and Guidance
- Develop and Deliver Training
- Maintain Regulatory Awareness
- Contribute to Policy Development
- Liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Contribute to Risk Assessments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of safeguarding regulations and, ideally, CASS rules or equivalent local regulations
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a compliance monitoring role within the financial services or payments industry
- Proven ability to design, implement, and execute effective compliance monitoring programs.
- Understanding of risk management principles and their application to safeguarding and CASS compliance.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent ability to document findings and recommendations in clear and concise reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and meticulousness in reviewing information.
- Ability to identify and analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ethical principles and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
