Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to join their Marketing team in São Paulo. This role involves leading end-to-end paid media campaigns, from strategy development to performance analysis. The analyst will manage campaign budgets, create ad creatives, and collaborate with various teams to align campaign goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Paid Media campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets and relationships with media platform partners.
  • Create ad creatives and copy.
  • Monitor campaign performance and extract insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand, CRM, and other teams.
  • Support the launch of new marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Paid Media and digital marketing.
  • Mastery of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
  • Sharp analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English (essential); Spanish (advantage).
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver.
  • Collaborative by nature.
