Job Description
Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to join their Marketing team in São Paulo. This role involves leading end-to-end paid media campaigns, from strategy development to performance analysis. The analyst will manage campaign budgets, create ad creatives, and collaborate with various teams to align campaign goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Paid Media campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and relationships with media platform partners.
- Create ad creatives and copy.
- Monitor campaign performance and extract insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Brand, CRM, and other teams.
- Support the launch of new marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Paid Media and digital marketing.
- Mastery of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
- Sharp analytical skills.
- Fluency in English (essential); Spanish (advantage).
- Strategic thinker and problem solver.
