Job Description
Wellhub is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their Marketing team in Brazil. In this role, the individual will blend data engineering with analytics to power smarter marketing decisions. They will build data foundations, including pipelines, models, and sources, to help analysts measure campaign impact and unlock growth opportunities. The Senior Analytics Engineer will partner across teams to ensure data is clean, reliable, and drives action.
Role involves:
- Data Pipeline Management
- Data Modeling
- Data Architecture
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Manage Cross-team Projects
- Marketing Attribution
- Communication & Reporting
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Git, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Amplitude)
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and modeling concepts, with hands-on experience managing ETL workflows, data pipelines, and orchestration tools like Airflow and dbt
- Knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, SFMC, or Braze (preferred)
- Curiosity & analytical thinking
- Adaptability
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Machine Learning or Data Science
- Fluent English is mandatory
