Jumia, a leading pan-African e-commerce platform, is seeking a Logistics Manager for its Jumia Global operations in Ghana. The role involves ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery of Jumia Global merchandise, working closely with logistics providers, and managing stakeholders. The Logistics Manager will collaborate with various teams to optimize delivery times, handle invoices, and enhance customer experience. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities: - Work closely with logistics providers for end-to-end logistics.
- Prepare documents for overseas shipments.
- Reduce average delivery time to customers.
- Liaise with the Finance team for invoices and payments.
- Improve customer experience.
- Coordinate with CXP for customer requests.
- Manage stakeholders in Jumia Global.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, operations, or vendor management.
- Experience in cross-functional, global project execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
