Job Description
ClinChoice is seeking a Senior Real World Data Analytics Consultant to join their team and work directly with a single sponsor. This role offers the security of a global CRO with the focused work environment of a single sponsor. The Senior Consultant will lead complex statistical analyses, provide strategic recommendations, and mentor junior analysts. They will work across diverse therapeutic areas and influence key decisions within the client’s RWE and cross-functional teams.Role involves:
  • Leading the development and execution of statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for large-scale RWE studies.
  • Working directly with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to design data-driven solutions.
  • Overseeing and mentoring junior analysts.
  • Providing guidance on the development and optimization of RWD analytics workflows.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with client counterparts.
  • Offering strategic insights based on data findings.
  • Leading the development of new tools and automated workflows.
  • Driving the use of advanced analytics and machine learning.
  • Leading the creation of sophisticated data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Ensuring effective communication of findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous improvement of data management and analysis methodologies.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to integrate data from multiple sources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in RWD analytics, biostatistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or consultancy role.
  • Proven track record in managing complex observational research projects.
  • Expertise in SAS programming and advanced proficiency in SQL, R, and Python.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare system and health insurance claims data.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant field.
