Job Description

Ouihelp, a growing startup in home care for the elderly, is seeking an Assistant de Vie (H/F) in Ailly-sur-Noye. This is a permanent, part-time or full-time position.

The role involves providing assistance to elderly individuals in their homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life. The assistant will work in Ailly-sur-Noye and surrounding areas.

Role Involves:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Running errands and providing transportation to appointments

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or only 18 months of experience if you follow our paid internal training upon arrival)
