Job Description

Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service for the elderly, is looking for Home Assistants (M/F) in permanent contracts, part-time or full-time, in Saint-Leu-d'Esserent. The role involves providing assistance and creating connections with those who need it most, allowing them to continue living a good life at home.

• Providing assistance to elderly individuals in their homes.
• Assisting with daily tasks and essential gestures.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Building strong relationships with beneficiaries and their families.

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or only 18 months of experience if you follow our paid internal training upon arrival).
• No driving license needed.
