Job Description
Ouihelp is seeking a Responsable de Secteur to strengthen its operational teams in Lyon. This role involves developing and managing beneficiaries, structuring and leading a team of auxiliary nurses, creating and managing a network of prescribers, and ensuring the quality of Ouihelp's service. The ideal candidate will have experience, strong interpersonal skills, ambition, and autonomy to coordinate the work between beneficiaries (elderly or disabled individuals), their family caregivers, and home care providers.
The role involves:
- Handling requests for home care assistance from prospects.
- Evaluating needs and developing support plans.
- Proposing suitable auxiliaries for beneficiaries' situations and needs.
- Managing the intervention schedule of auxiliaries.
- Supervising services to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Providing accurate reporting of actions to the Regional Director.
- Recruiting and supervising auxiliary nurses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal services.
- Experience with auxiliaries, beneficiaries, and local institutions.
- Strong listening and customer service skills.
- High autonomy, adaptability, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability and enjoyment in teamwork.
- Passion for improving the daily lives of French individuals.
- Driver's license B.
