Strider Technologies is seeking a Client Success Manager for its UK & European clients. In this role, the individual will be responsible for driving impactful results for clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Strider's products and services. The Client Success Manager will deliver an exceptional client experience from contract signature to renewal, maximizing retention and expanding the company's footprint within existing clients. Strider Technologies is on a mission to deliver strategic intelligence that enables faster, more confident decision-making for organizations around the world.
- Lead clients through every phase of their journey with Strider
- Identify opportunities for expanding the Strider product portfolio with existing clients
- Partner with internal teams, including product, sales, and engineering
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions
- Anticipate client needs and challenges, providing solutions before they escalate
- 3-5 years of successful client success experience
- Established track record of enabling clients to achieve results
- Demonstrated high learning agility
- Proven self-starter, who’s comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Engaging personality who can connect with clients and resolve client concerns
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Available to travel up to 25% for client engagements
