UK Market Lead

Job Description

Blockchain.com is seeking a highly entrepreneurial and strategic UK Market Lead for the United Kingdom. This role reports to the Vice President of Product and is responsible for growing active users and revenue locally.

What the role involves:

• Owning product readiness and experience in the local market.
• Leading local market development by immersing in the crypto ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
• Building growth channels through partnerships with fintechs, banks, and influencers.
• Interfacing across the company with marketing, legal, product, compliance, and engineering teams.
• Navigating stakeholder relationships and representing Blockchain.com in business and community forums.
• Setting up and scaling operations, monitoring KPIs, and identifying risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years in business development, strategy, operations, or general management.
• Previous experience in crypto, fintech, or technology-driven sectors is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones and market conditions.
• Willingness to travel to lead on-the-ground efforts and build local relationships.
