Product Manager "Core Offering"

Job Description

iBanFirst is seeking a Product Manager to join their Core Offering group in Paris. This group focuses on maximizing coverage, promoting customer autonomy, and ensuring compliance. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving strategic objectives at the intersection of product innovation, operational excellence, and regulatory integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Group Product Manager to define and prioritize initiatives.
• Translate business needs and feedback into user stories and specifications.
• Own end-to-end delivery of product features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and risk/compliance teams.
• Identify risks and drive solutions.
• Analyze product usage and client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to product development processes.
• Support go-to-market activities.
• Ensure product work aligns with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to simplify complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Curiosity and a proactive attitude.
