Senior Manager-Revenue Operations

Job Description

Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Manager-Revenue Operations to join their Finance team. This role is crucial for overseeing revenue management, ensuring compliance with US GAAP (ASC606), and optimizing cash flow.

The Senior Manager collaborates with various departments, including Sales, Operations, FP&A, and Legal. This position reports to the Associate Director- Finance.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 for SaaS subscription models.
• Ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly revenue close processes.
• Overseeing and streamlining the billing process.
• Monitoring US GAAP changes.
• Implementing and monitoring effective collections process.
• Developing and maintaining internal controls.
• Managing revenue recognition matters with external auditors.
• Partnering with Legal and Sales to review contracts.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of professionals.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• SAAS or IT experience preferred.
• CA/CPA certification.
