Job Description

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an Incident Management Specialist for the PlayStation Store in Tokyo. This role involves maintaining and improving service quality through incident management and quality checks. The ideal candidate will lead a team, collaborate globally, and enhance continuous improvement and recurrence prevention. They will drive improvements beyond operational levels, working with a diverse team to evolve the organization.

Role involves:

  • Leading incident management, from root cause analysis to resolution and prevention.
  • Managing communication with customers and partners.
  • Creating incident summaries and reports.
  • Conducting quality reviews of materials and products on the PS Store.
  • Coordinating with external partners and providing feedback.
  • Creating reports for regulatory bodies and administrative organizations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of project management or operations lead experience.
  • Experience leading issue resolution and recurrence prevention.
  • Experience in coordinating and negotiating with multiple departments and external parties.
  • Business-level English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese (N1).
