Job Description
The Head of Sales - Americas role at Jumio is responsible for leading and scaling the company’s global new business sales organization. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives across key verticals, including Gaming, Financial Services, Sharing Economy, and Travel. The Head of Sales will oversee the execution of Jumio’s go-to-market strategy, drive enterprise customer acquisition, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to exceed revenue goals.
Role Involves:
- Leading and growing a world-class new business sales team across key regions and verticals.
- Defining and executing Jumio’s enterprise sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Driving accountability and performance through data-driven coaching, KPIs, and forecasting discipline.
- Owning pipeline development and revenue forecasting processes.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership.
- Establishing scalable processes and best practices for enterprise sales execution.
- Cultivating executive-level customer and partner relationships.
- Representing Jumio at industry events.
- Hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
- Driving continuous improvement in pipeline quality, sales efficiency, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience.
- 5+ years leading quota-carrying teams selling complex software or SaaS solutions with deal sizes ranging from $500K to $10M+.
- Demonstrated success scaling revenue and building repeatable enterprise sales processes.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Ability to develop and execute GTM plans aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
