Job Description

Zinnia is seeking a Technical Lead - AI/ML to join their team in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Python development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of Gen AI and machine learning solutions using Python.

Role involves:
• Leading the design, development, and deployment of Gen AI and machine learning solutions using Python.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Taking ownership of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Performing code reviews and writing technical documentation.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and Python development.
• Identifying and mitigating technical risks in projects.
• Fostering a collaborative environment and promoting knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of professional experience in Python development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, Gen AI LLMs and libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn,or Keras.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Practical knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience working with LLMs or similar GenAI technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of ML models into production services.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
