Job Description

Policy Expert is seeking a Head of Data Products to lead the new Data Product Management team and the Data Intelligence Tribe. This role involves defining and championing a vision for data products that enhance performance across the insurance lifecycle. The Head of Data Products will collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data intelligence and promote a culture of data literacy across the organization.Role involves:

• Establishing and leading the Data Product Management team.
• Managing the Data Intelligence Tribe.
• Defining a vision and roadmap for data products.
• Establishing data product methodologies.
• Collaborating with product leaders and stakeholders.
• Championing the use of metrics.
• Fostering relationships with senior management.
• Promoting a culture of data literacy.
• Leading engagement with finance teams.

Requirements:

• Experienced Product leader in managing analytics and machine learning products.
• Skilled in creating and leading high-performing data product teams.
• Expert in developing product visions and roadmaps.
• Ability to develop structured methodologies for prioritization.
• Adept at influencing senior management.
• Experienced in embedding business and financial literacy within data teams.
• Passionate advocate for actionable metrics.
• Strong collaborator between technical data teams and business users.
• Strategic thinker focused on quick wins.
