Job Description
Tide is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join their Experience Foundations team. This role focuses on evolving the global platform's user experiences to drive member value. The Senior Visual Designer will work on building a world-class connected experience across the organization, reimagining the visual look and feel of the app, and leading the future of the brand.
Role involves:
- Developing high-quality visual assets such as illustrations, animations, and graphics.
- Creating visually stunning and cohesive design systems, including style guides, typography, iconography, and color palettes.
- Ensuring all digital assets are aligned with the brand's identity, tone, and style.
- Designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final design assets.
- Optimizing UI designs for responsiveness and usability across various screen sizes and devices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, UI design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks (a plus).
- Experience with motion design and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle) is preferred.
- Experience working in/with design systems.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
