Senior Visual Designer

Job Description

Tide is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join their Experience Foundations team. This role focuses on evolving the global platform's user experiences to drive member value. The Senior Visual Designer will work on building a world-class connected experience across the organization, reimagining the visual look and feel of the app, and leading the future of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality visual assets such as illustrations, animations, and graphics.
• Create visually stunning and cohesive design systems.
• Ensure all digital assets align with the brand's identity.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final design assets.
• Optimize UI designs for responsiveness and usability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, UI design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks (a plus).
• Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
