Tide, a leading UK FinTech company, is seeking a Commercial Broker to join their Sales Team. This role focuses on providing card acquiring and revenue-based financing solutions to small business customers. The Commercial Broker will engage with customers, understand their needs, and match them with the best solutions.
Role Involves:
- Contacting and managing small business customers through the application process.
- Understanding card acquiring needs and card revenues to find the best solutions.
- Articulating Tide and Funding Options propositions and services.
- Outbound calling of prospect customers.
- Working closely with Lead Generation and marketing teams.
- Building knowledge of business finance and understanding the lender and product market.
- Maintaining accurate information in Salesforce.
- Monitoring industry trends and sharing successes.
Requirements:
- Experience in card acquiring, POS devices, or commercial finance (or 12 months in a customer-facing sales role).
- Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue-based targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering high-level customer service.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
- Self-starter who works backwards from targets.
