Tide, a leading UK FinTech company, is seeking a Commercial Broker to join their Sales Team. This role focuses on providing card acquiring and revenue-based financing solutions to small business customers. The Commercial Broker will engage with customers, understand their needs, and match them with the best solutions.

Role Involves:

  • Contacting and managing small business customers through the application process.
  • Understanding card acquiring needs and card revenues to find the best solutions.
  • Articulating Tide and Funding Options propositions and services.
  • Outbound calling of prospect customers.
  • Working closely with Lead Generation and marketing teams.
  • Building knowledge of business finance and understanding the lender and product market.
  • Maintaining accurate information in Salesforce.
  • Monitoring industry trends and sharing successes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in card acquiring, POS devices, or commercial finance (or 12 months in a customer-facing sales role).
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue-based targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering high-level customer service.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
  • Self-starter who works backwards from targets.
