Job Description
Tide is seeking a Sales Executive to join their Sales Team in Berlin, reporting to the Team Lead Sales. The Sales Executive will focus on driving Tide’s market success in Germany. This role requires someone with experience in credit brokerage, sales, financing, and lending, with a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer engagement: Contact, engage and manage our SME customers through their lending application process
- Prospecting: Outbound prospect customers from our CRM and other channels to drive consistent pipeline
- Build trust with customers: Confidently articulating the different finance options available to customers across multiple business finance product classes, whilst keeping up to date on industry trends, market & competition
- Delivering the best-in-class lending experience: Building on your knowledge of business finance, and gaining an in-depth understanding of the wide variety of lenders and products in the market
- Partner engagement: Closely interact and manage operations with our lending partners.
- CRM Data Upkeep: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date information on any prospects that you speak with (in Salesforce)
- Drive a world-class sales team culture: Actively share stories and successes to the wider organisation through relevant comms channels.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience of Credit Brokerage, Financial advisory and experience in a customer facing sales role
- A track record of successfully meeting and exceeding revenue based targets
- Experience working in a 360 sales role and/or outbound prospecting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A results-oriented work ethic with impeccable attention to detail, determination and drive
- Obsessive about delivering the highest level of customer service
- Extremely well organised and analytical and work well under pressure
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Ability to engage and quickly establish strong working relationships
- A self-starter who doesn’t wait for instruction, and who works backwards from targets to ensure effective execution.
- Fluency in German and English
