Job Description
Diligent is seeking a Senior Director of Field Marketing, EMEA, to drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves partnering with sales leadership, developing regional marketing plans, and leading a team to execute campaigns and events. The Senior Director will analyze data to optimize programs and ensure seamless execution, while also managing budgets and building relationships with stakeholders.
Role Involves:
- Growing and delivering marketing activities and pipeline for the EMEA region.
- Partnering with Sales leadership to align on priorities and build effective marketing plans.
- Identifying market trends and competitive landscape to guide regional priorities.
- Developing and executing customer-driven, regional marketing strategies and programs.
- Leading teams that own execution for 3rd party regional events, regional campaigns, and field events.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Marketing leadership experience.
- 8+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful field marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
