Product Manager, Enterprise

Job Description

Hightouch is seeking a Product Manager to join their Control Plane team. This role is focused on horizontal features across the Hightouch product suite. The Product Manager will be responsible for crafting the foundational building blocks used by enterprise customers to operate and deploy Hightouch. Hightouch is based in San Francisco, CA, and has offices in San Francisco, New York, and London.What this role involves:

• Crafting foundational building blocks for enterprise customers.
• Managing core resources, environments, navigation, and notifications.
• Working on roles & permissions, workspace structure, reporting, security & compliance.
• Handling 3rd party extensions, internal tooling, APIs, and billing.
• Driving 0-1 discovery, strategy, roadmapping, and execution.
