Anthropic is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its Mobile Platform team. Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing mobile platform engineering team.
- Define and execute the technical strategy for mobile platform initiatives.
- Champion platform consistency across every aspect of the mobile experience.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure platform investments enable scalable user experiences.
- Drive engineering excellence through hands-on involvement.
- Create clarity and direction while navigating the ambiguity of a rapidly scaling organization.
- Take an inclusive, equitable approach to hiring and developing engineers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with at least 3 years focused on mobile platform or infrastructure.
- A deep understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
- Obsessive attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to mobile craftsmanship.
- Proven ability to be hands-on.
- A track record of building platforms that enable teams to ship consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
