Job Description
XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team in São Paulo. The role involves developing efficient systems and solutions that support XP Inc.'s products, ensuring security, innovation, and quality for clients. The Software Engineer will work across various areas, including financial products and support functions.
The position is based on a flexible hybrid model, requiring the candidate to be present in the office three times a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing systems and solutions for XP Inc.'s products
- Ensuring security, innovation, and quality
- Working in different areas within XP Inc.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of software development in one or more programming languages (C#, Java, Go, or Rust)
- Understanding of good development practices
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3x per week in the office) in São Paulo/SP
- Knowledge in Cloud pública, preferencialmente Azure (desirable)
- Knowledge in Front-end, preferencialmente React (desirable)
